A few months ago, we bought our first house. Since we did not have any prior experience in buying a home, we first looked for online solicitors. But then, through a friend, we met Louise and decided to move forward with her firm. I have to admit that working with them was the best decision in our process. Louise followed our file closely from start to finish and managed very well. She was very responsive to all our enquiries throughout the process and did her best to end it as soon as possible by chasing the other side.
We have just purchased a leasehold flat through them. We engaged Trueman Bailey Law on a Thursday afternoon in genuinely urgent circumstances, after our previous solicitors unexpectedly disengaged from our conveyancing at the point we were due to exchange.
After a brief discussion of the circumstances, Louise, who immediately understood the urgency and severity of our situation instructed Lewis to act.
From the moment Lewis Hutson became involved, the difference was remarkable. He cleared his workload, picked up an unfamiliar transaction at extremely short notice, worked through the handover material and took control of the conveyancing with complete professionalism.
We completed at 3:20pm on Tuesday — just five days after first making contact, including the weekend.
