At Trueman Bailey we recognise the instability of society as a whole and the issues faced by many lawyers toward the end of the career when they feel they have no purpose or room left to grow. We have insight growth in all people of all ages at all firms. We encourage the sector of like minded people who want to learn and bring something to the world, to society as a whole. We bring support systems to do that.
In with compliance and supervision our provisions are this -
We encourage and support growth by bringing people into our team with previous qualifying experience - that is 2 post qualification. In line with that we allow the provisions of freedom to work as you wish in the environments that you wish and to consider the work you wish to take .
We provide hands on first hand knowledge of the conveyancing system and probate practice and we encourage learning within the provisions of that supervision. We provide technical support from it specialists around learning within the cyber essentials space. We provide continuous support when it comes to understanding the elements of cyber security and we have default and continues checks on all of our consultants by way of repeated and continuous random phishing attacks (false of course !) this keeps us and you safe.
We encourage growth by bringing into our systems the continuous access to various learning platforms including access legal and the system for the progress of precedents and training by way of leap. We have evolved our systems to work with you, not against you. We create a safe working space with access to all of the systems on the go and whilst you’re at your desk. You are never without support.
Louise Trueman who manages the firm is a conveyancing practitioner who provides continuous and daily support to all of the team by way of WhatsApp and messages, emails and calls. All issues are resolved quickly. She is the MLRO, COLP and COFA for the firm. She works to ensure compliance in all areas with a team of cashiers and banking specialists alongside her own extensive experience in the area of law and conveyancing banking.
We ensure that in probate training is provided by way of By Lawyers, an interested first hand knowledge book of work for you to call upon when you need. These are good quality services which support lawyers as they grow.
We maintain committed to the continuous ongoing support by way of other platforms, other teams (our IT teams and other supporting industries). We navigate The world of conveyancing as it changes, and it does and it will.
We know the issues faced by people coming into the industry and how that implicate lives.
We have created a learning platform for those able to build their own wealth externally. That being, our learning platforms mentioned above and full system of systems which seek build learning and qualify lawyers such as cilex and licenced conveyancers. We encourage growth by taking on a small team of younger lawyers who wish to learn by way of their own support teams, like sqe. We want to see people grow and we provide a committed service to that.
We are detailed in our responses, we support all lives and all bodies and diversities. We remain committed to equality for all, men and women, young and old, middle class and ‘under class’. We offer a small section of people a place within the business to develop their skills whether that being marketing, lawyers or trainee banking staff. As a result we breed and maintain some of the best lawyers and other members of the team and industries that there are - and we believe that whole heartedly. Why? Because we know the people we train have life experience. They come from backgrounds of nationalities, of cultures, of different life experiences as it relates to their upbringing, their gender, their family lives and we seek to continue to encourage that everyday through our rigid but fair and friendly training approaches. We don’t endorse training with limits but we do provide such limits when needed - this is not a one size fits all approach. We know every lawyer or team member on our team and we build that person step by step with growth packages which allow us to encourage you and enhance your degree of freedom everyday.
