Louise Trueman
Founder | Chartered Legal Executive | Conveyancing, Probate & Private Client
Louise Trueman is the Founder of Trueman Bailey Law and a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, admitted in 2020. With a strong background in property law and private client work, Louise provides clear, practical legal advice with a focus on achieving efficient and effective outcomes for her clients.
Having built much of her career within conveyancing, Louise has extensive experience managing both straightforward and complex transactions. She understands that buying, selling and transferring property can feel overwhelming, and works closely with clients to make the process as clear, proactive and stress-free as possible.
Louise advises on a wide range of residential and commercial property matters including transfers of equity, transfers of part, acting for lenders and developers, bridging finance, lease matters, new build transactions and complex title issues. Her experience extends to resolving registration issues, correcting land discrepancies, addressing neighbouring land complications and navigating challenging conveyancing structures.
Based in South Hinksey, Oxford, Louise acts for clients locally, nationally and internationally. With modern conveyancing increasingly conducted remotely, Trueman Bailey Law is able to deliver the same responsive, personal service wherever clients are located.
Alongside property law, Louise also advises on probate, wills and estate planning. She has experience supporting clients through both standard and complex estates, including high-value matters, executor complications, locating missing beneficiaries, deeds of variation and contested family situations. Louise understands that estate matters often involve both legal and personal challenges and approaches every matter with professionalism, sensitivity and clear guidance.
Louise believes legal advice should be accessible, transparent and tailored to the individual. Every client receives the same commitment, attention and care, regardless of the size or complexity of their matter.
