This is a business which thrives on self responsibility. We understand that is something which lacks in other businesses. Why is it important to us?
We want to support you but we don’t want to do it for you. We know there is a lack of onus on responsibility in many firms we have experienced and we don’t want that for you. We know you’re grown adults who want to experience life through their own choices and not through everyone else’s.
We want to make sure we allow you the freedom to make decisions for yourself. This is why we support you as a business in your own right.
Business is our passion. We want to see people grow. We believe in small businesses and this is why we have built the platform we have. To help to encourage like minded people build a community and team of their own. The possibilities are endless. You have scope to adopt procedures which work for you within your business, as long, of course, that they fall in line with our overall firm procedures. We don’t control - we support. We know what’s it’s like to be in an environments where we feel controlled and without say. That isn’t our MO. We know the reasons for the control, because trust is at a minimal. We trust first and we deal with the issues later. No issue is beyond redemption and we manage risk exceptionally well. We put in place clear defined structures and policies. We teach first. We navigate change quickly . We have worked exceptionally hard to build a platform which allows all lawyers to hold their own space and create their own path. There is nothing more important than the indication of needing to finance families and future prospects. Children need time and energy and involvement - we know you want to give that to them. Families, mothers and father need support and a watchful eye as they get older and need more support. We encourage that. We want you to know we encourage you, your growth and wholly believe in the ability to do so here in the UK.
We know some businesses move abroad to prevent themselves becoming entangled in lengthy delays of the system we have here. We know the conveyancing process but also probate process can be subordinately long and over populated. We know you will have fears around how to bring in monies immediately for your matters - here is how we help with that -
We set up systems which are organised into procedures for billing. We bill at the outset on account and this money is yours. We make it clear that this is billed of course like all other Sra procedures. We ensure the scope of the SRA procedures and all other procedures are fully incorporated into our systems but we navigate them inline with our business model. We have worked hard to do so. Whilst the rule of law is clear that we must adopt the procedures (and rightly so ) of the SRA, we also know many lawyers struggle to he business owners - why? Because they’re stemmed from doing so. They don’t have the right systems to support them and encourage them.

We have a family run team which means we know how to manage the business from the element of family. We know you’re striving for yours. We ensure - no promise - the ability to deliver timely and efficient bills paid directly to you. Again, this is not something done anywhere else we have come into contact with. We provide fees paid to you directly and not after a month but a matter of days from the day you are paid by yiur client - this is our promise to you and it will not change ever. We know you work hard and we built that for you - we encourage that for you and we want to see you be paid for the kind of work you do and quickly. That’s just right.
