When you become a consultant with Trueman Bailey you get ;

Unlimited access to our onboarding team throughout your journey with us, including;

First class access to systems which integrate into your case management for ordering searches

Dealing with you to understand and train on the complexities of the file system and ensuring you have continuous support throughout your onboarding

We make sure you are not left with hand holding support throughout your journey with us

When onboarded we initiate the next steps to ensure that you are settled, and leave you to begin to grow your business

We do this by;

Implementing strageries which encourage your growth, providing on hand assistance from our senior to build your business and provide the relevant promotional materials to do so

We provide access to Access, a learning platform which helps you learn and grow, and remain compliant

We provide you with regular phishing and cyber awareness training

We implement systems continually to keep you and your business safe

We have a team of like minded individuals who work with you also, all experienced in building their own business and all wanting to make new connections and grow their client basis, so good to get to know everyone

You are welcomed with an onboarding pack and we encourage you to use this throughout your transition to us, it contains useful access references and helpful guides

Starting with us is made easy, simple and personable

Within your fee you will get ;

IT support on hand continuously for any issues

Case management system

Continuous marketing tips, tools and access to materials

Guidance from our seniors who watch you grow and learn and help to develop your business

Access to learning tools such as By Lawyers, Access and Knowbe4

We help with all implementation of all systems for learning and believe it to be vital to the lawyers well being

We have stringent processes for onboarding clients and we provide a wealth of knowledge and materials for precedents, and other useful items needed to run your business- everything is ready for you to as soon as you come on board

We have videos which can be picked up and used and whenever they are needed

This is all covered within the 40% paid to us from your fees

We bill cohesively, we do not make you wait a month for your money, we bill quickly because we know you want to get paid

We ask for £250 plus VAT on account at the start, and then annually throughout your time with us, why?

This covers all onboarding costs, and initial access to the training platforms for which you will benefit

We ask you to ensure that you cover your practicing fees, and remain complaint and able to practice where appropriate and qualified

We pursue, and ask our consultants to pursue, continuous learning and development and whilst we provide tools to do so, we do encourage you to ensure you are looking at resources relevant to your own work and keeping this moving throughout your career, indeed, and time with us

We provide all systems, so you do not have to worry, we provide indemnity policies for the cover of professional indemnity.

You can structure your business as you wish and build this to whatever standard you require, taking on pa’s if required (we have access to virtual pa’s if needed whom we can refer, unless you have contacts yourself )

We build our website continually, and undertake all relevant steps to keep our social media coherent, interesting and engaging. We ask you to help with by providing any videos, and blogs, ideas around promotional aspects you wish for us to explore. In providing videos for yourself you are promoting your business and accessing your clients.

We ask you to create a google business profile which you run and manage and obtain feedback for.

We create a web page for you, and ensure this is accessible and updated, with your help as and when required.

We create a social media post for your benefit and share this with followers.

We implement new strategies continuously to further benefit you, and our other consultants and make sure all systems are working to best outline you and your services. We pay for the website within your 40% fee.

We act quicky to implement changes within the industry and continuously seek to better develop our onboarding.

We ask you to provide documents and items as requested to ensure this is indeed as simple and easy as possible.

Once you come on board we track your development for a period of time, simply to ensure you feel comfortable and required within the business- we want to see you grow and we will continue to do all we can to make that happen.
