Kaushik Krishna Mohanamurali
Kaushik is an experienced legal professional with over 7 years of litigation and corporate experience in India. He has been a registered Advocate in India since 2009 and qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2024, having previously worked at an immigration law firm in London. Fluent in English and Tamil, he brings a genuinely cross-jurisdictional perspective to his work.
Kaushik now focuses exclusively on conveyancing, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, equity release, commercial and residential leases, trust documents, and independent legal advice. He drafts and reviews contracts with the same care and attention to detail that's defined his career so far, whether that's a straightforward purchase or a more complex transaction.
Kaushik's approach is built on communication from start to finish. He believes clients deserve more than just being told what to do, they should understand why, so they feel confident and informed at every stage. You can reach out to him at any point during your matter, and he'll always get back to you.
His father was a lawyer, and growing up around the profession gave Kaushik first-hand insight into law from a young age, an experience that shaped his own path into the profession. One of the proudest moments of his career came early on, successfully arresting a ship at the docks within 72 hours, despite never having handled a maritime case before, a case that speaks to the focus and resourcefulness he brings to every matter, however unfamiliar the territory.
Outside of work, Kaushik enjoys jogging, working on cars with friends, and watching films and playing games. He's also spent time working within a mental health ward, an experience that's made him particularly comfortable working with people in difficult or high-pressure situations.
