Her work has included aspects of strategic land and land acquisitions, residential-led developments, affordable housing contracts and disposals to housing associations through special structures related to build programmes, infrastructure agreements with Councils and Water Authorities, disposals to other statutory undertakers, and site set-up led arrangements on new development sites, promotion and option agreements, large portfolio projects, legal charges and bespoke property documentation.
