From Estate Agent To Conveyancing: Bridging The Gap For Clients

I'm excited to share that I've recently made the move from working as a Sales Progressor in an Estate Agent to now working within a conveyancing law firm. It's a big step, but one that feels like a natural progression in my career. 

Having worked on the estate agent side, I've had first-hand experience of the challenges buyers and sellers face during the property journey. I've seen how important communication is, and how frustrating it can be when things feel like they're moving slowly or when misunderstandings happen between solicitors, agents, and clients.

Now, stepping into the conveyancing world, I bring with me that insight from the estate agent perspective. It means I can better understand the pressures on both sides from managing chains and timelines to keeping clients reassured throughout the process. My aim is to use this experience to help strengthen collaboration between agents and solicitors, making the process smoother, clearer, and ultimately less stressful for our clients.

By combining knowledge from both worlds, I hope to offer a more rounded approach where everyone works together towards the same goal: helping clients move into their new homes as efficiently and happily as possible.
